At AmazingBooks, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• If you have been incorrectly charged.
• If the product you purchased is defective or not as described.
• If there was an issue with the payment processed through Razorpay.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at amazingbooks02@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Upon receiving your request, our team will review the issue and initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction through **Razorpay**.

3. Razorpay Payments

If you made a payment through **Razorpay**, refunds will be processed through the same payment gateway. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your bank account or Razorpay wallet, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• If the product has been downloaded or accessed, for digital products (e.g., eBooks, courses).
• If the request is made after the specified refund window has passed.
• If you have already received a chargeback for the transaction.

5. Digital Products

For digital products, such as downloadable eBooks or courses, refunds will not be processed once the product has been downloaded or accessed unless there is a technical issue.
